    Highlights

Additional Notes: Assignments are based on units; in ICU for example are up to 4 airways per therapist (airway considered a vent, heated aerosol trach off vent, etc); Average 11 therapists on days and 10 or 11 on nights based on unit needs; floor therapist needs minimum one year experience, if critical care need minimum of 2 years. There will be a hospitalist who will respond to codes, but a respiratory therapist will be the first line when it comes to intubating patients, so I won t be able to take therapists who don t have that experience or are not comfortable with intubating patients.
