    What You’ll Do

    • Document patient progress and update medical records accurately
    • Assist in emergency response situations involving ventilated patients

    What You Need
    Required:
    • Valid RRT or RN license in Massachusetts
    • Experience with ventilated patients or critical care preferred
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills

    Preferred:
    • Prior experience in a hospital or critical care environment
    • Ability to adapt in fast-paced settings
