Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 3+ years of RPA experience with Tungsten RPA
• Strong production support and bot monitoring experience.
• Experience with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident management.
• Knowledge of RPA infrastructure, Windows environments, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor RPA bots, job executions, and automation reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bot failures, exceptions, and production incidents.
• Restart failed jobs and perform bot maintenance activities.
• Modify automations to accommodate application or business process changes.
• Monitor the RPA Management Console and automation infrastructure.
• Generate ad-hoc reports and perform mass-update automation activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve automation-related issues.
• Support continuous improvement and optimization of existing bots.

Generic Managerial Skills, If Any

• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors, business process owners and various stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 per year
