RPA Lead / Senior Developer with UI Path
Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid: 3 Days in Office and 2 Days Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement UiPath automation solutions.
Lead RPA development efforts, ensuring best practices and governance.
Analyze business processes for automation opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution design and integration.
Monitor and maintain deployed bots for performance and issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with security and coding standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of UiPath development experience.
Strong knowledge of RPA architecture, Orchestrator, and automation best practices.
Experience with SQL, APIs, and scripting (Python, PowerShell, or VBScript).
Understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD in RPA.
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
Preferred:
UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
Experience in AI/ML, OCR, or document processing automation.
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.
