Strong analytical skills, with proven experience in creating detailed PDDs and workflow diagrams (Visio or equivalent). The role is a key team member for a new RPA pod serving a new client line of business based in California.

The role is a key team member for a new RPA pod serving a new client line of business based in California. Will work closely with the onshore Scrum Master/CSM and Client Program Manager. Study business process documentation, confer with business process owners and SMEs on the same, create PDDs, and test scenarios.
Advise other development pod team members on process info, instead of business, during the design and development phases.


Must-haves

• 10 years of experience
• RPA knowledge/experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills, with proven experience in creating detailed PDDs and workflow diagrams (Visio or equivalent)

Nice-to-haves (any)

• Life Sciences or similar experience
• Experience working with a mix of onshore/offshore
• Exposure to or experience with Automation Anywhere (AA)
• AA Business Analyst certification
