Why You'll Love Being a Route Support/Wildlife Technician at Northwest:
Your Responsibilities:
Customer Relationships: Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating "Customers for Life."
Support the Team: You'll work on pre- and post-construction termite treatments and monitor termite bait systems. Assist service professionals with pest control, mosquito treatments, termite inspections, Crawlspace Services & Wildlife services.
Wildlife Services: Provide wildlife exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations.
Set up exclusion traps, cut flashing, and form hardware cloth to specifications.
Work safely on rooftops and use a safety harness when needed.
Perform basic repairs in areas damaged by animals using tools, sheet metal, and screening.
Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding wildlife exclusion and removal.
Crawlspace Duties: Handle the day-to-day operations of your route with excellent time management skills.
Complete Exterior and Interior inspections of the crawlspace, before and after work is completed.
Ensure Completion of documentation and work comply with Northwest Standard
Customer Problem-Solving: Anticipate and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions that ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Work Safely and Efficiently: Adhere to safety standards and regulations while operating company equipment and vehicles. Apply pest control products in compliance with label standards.
Collaborate for Excellence: Partner with internal teams like customer service, sales, and management to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
