Looking for a job where you arent stuck behind a desk?

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Service & Sales Representative to join our Albuquerque team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position where youll manage a local route, service commercial dishwashing equipment, deliver and restock products, and build relationships with customers.

No commercial dishwasher experience is required. We provide paid hands-on training.

What Youll Do

• Manage an assigned local customer route using a company vehicle
• Visit approximately 6-11 customer locations per day
• Deliver, unload, and restock cleaning and sanitation products
• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and make basic repairs
• Build relationships with restaurant and food-service customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend additional products and solutions
• Complete your assigned route and prepare your company vehicle for the following day

What Youll Get

• $23/hour, with a typical 45+ hour workweek including overtime and on-call pay
• Anticipated annual earnings: $60,000-$65,000
• Monday-Friday schedule, typically 7:00 AM-4:30 PM
• On-call rotation approximately every 10 weeks

• Career progression into a Service & Sales Representative role, where first-year earnings typically range from $70,000-$75,000

Who Does Well Here

Mechanical experience is helpful, but not required. Well train you.
