Route Sales Representative - $60,000-$65,000 Yearly

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Service & Sales Technician for our Antioch, TN location. We're looking for people ready to work independently, use their hands, and build lasting customer relationships.

• Consistent schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
• $21-$22/hr starting pay, with overtime opportunities. Estimated yearly between $60,000-$65,000

What You'll Be Doing

• Driving a company van safely to customer locations.
• Performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Restocking solutions, collecting payments and suggesting additional products when appropriate.
• Participating in an on-call rotation.

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude - comfort with tools and basic repairs.
• Growth & Learning Focus- Willingness to learn and confidence to apply training when working independently managing your own route.
• Customer service & sales mindset - ability to build relationships and recommend additional products.
• Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Ability to complete a background check, MVR, and drug screen.
