Cardenas Inc. is seeking an experienced Route Manager to join our team!

Established in 2013, Cardenas Inc. is a contracted service provider for FedEx with a history of operating parcel pickup and delivery services throughout Southern California.


We're looking for a dependable, motivated leader with experience in parcel delivery and last-mile logistics who understands the importance of safety, service, accountability, and operational efficiency.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• FedEx or comparable parcel delivery industry experience strongly preferred.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience overseeing drivers, dispatching, route coordination, and daily operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions and maintain operational standards.
• Professional references required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS


Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour, plus applicable overtime and performance bonuses

Starting pay is based on industry experience, leadership ability, and readiness to independently oversee daily operations. We value proven experience and compensate accordingly.
