Description

Join U.S. AutoForce as a Route Delivery Specialist

For over a century, U.S. AutoForce (a division of U.S. Venture, Inc.) has fueled independent tire retailers, auto shops, and dealerships with dependable delivery of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants. Now, we're inviting a safety-first, customer-focused driver to help us keep the industry moving.

A day in this role

Kick off your morning at 6:00am Monday–Friday, with rotating Saturdays, prepping your box truck (under 26,001 lbs) for a full route of 10–20 scheduled stops. You'll conduct a thorough pre-trip, load efficiently, confirm your route on a handheld device, and hit the road. Through all weather conditions, you deliver accurately and on time, greet customers by name, and collect payments when needed. You keep meticulous driver and fuel logs, communicate clearly with dispatch and warehouse teams, and adjust as business needs evolve. After your last stop, you return, complete post-trip inspections, and pitch in loading or equipment operation when needed. Plan on 8–12 hours per day, with overtime as required to complete your route safely.

What you'll handle

  • Operate a box truck (non-CDL), executing one of our established routes (10–20 deliveries/day)
  • Keep precise records: driver’s logs, fuel purchase logs, and other documents per company policy and law
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections daily
  • Use a company-provided handheld to manage and confirm deliveries
  • Assist with loading/unloading; operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or order pickers as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and collect payments upon delivery when required

Protective gear & environment

We provide all required safety equipment except steel/composite toe boots. You’ll wear steel/composite toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, and SRL (self-retracting lifeline) as applicable, and follow all manufacturer and company safety guidelines. You’ll work indoors and outdoors, in moderate noise, with exposure to weather and typical fumes associated with tires and, at times, car parts and lubricants.
