We're seeking a Roustabout to support daily field operations, maintenance, and site upkeep while maintaining strong safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
- Perform general oilfield labor including maintenance, repairs, and cleanup
- Assist Lease Operators and Foremen with daily operations
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
- Maintain well sites, tank batteries, roads, and locations
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain positive relationships with landowners and team members
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Oil & gas field experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid Driver's License with acceptable MVR
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
Work Environment
- Outdoor field work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Exposure to heavy equipment, chemicals, and H2S environments
