Roustabout Foreman

James Oilwell Service Inc is hiring a Roustabout Foreman to lead crews performing oilfield construction, maintenance, and field service work in the Belfield area.

This is a working leadership role that combines hands-on field work with crew coordination and job site oversight. The ideal candidate will have prior oilfield or construction experience and the ability to lead by example in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities for roustabout crews
• Perform and oversee oilfield construction, repair, and maintenance projects
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, backhoes, aerial lifts, and other equipment as qualified
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
• Assist with job planning, task assignments, and communication between crews and management
• Train and mentor crew members as needed
• Complete required documentation and safety reporting
• Work outdoors in all weather and field conditions

Qualifications

• Previous roustabout, oilfield, construction, or related field experience required
• Prior crew lead, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and fit-for-duty testing
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding field work
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour DOE
