Job DescriptionAre you a seasoned framer with leadership skills and an eye for detail? We’re hiring a
Framing Foreman to lead residential and light commercial framing crews on projects throughout the Wasatch Front and Back. Primarily Summit and Salt Lake Counties.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise a crew of framers, ensuring quality work and job site efficiency
- Interpret and build to plans, specs, and local codes
- Coordinate daily tasks, schedule materials
- Communicate with GCs, project managers, and inspectors
- Track hours, productivity, and crew performance
- Maintain tools and ensure safety compliance on site
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years experience in rough framing
- 1+ years as a foreman or crew lead
- Solid understanding of structural framing systems, layouts, and techniques
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and manage tight timelines
