We have a client located in Leetsdale, PA seeking a Rotomold Machine Operator for the 2nd shift
Job Duties:
- Responsible for the overall operations of the machine
- Mechanically inclined with attention to detail
- Conducts part inspections to approve set-up
- Knows characteristics of standard resins, the proper cure, and how to check the cure
- Effectively conduct and inspect mold preparations
- Shift is 2pm-10:30pm
Job Requirements:
- Programs and maintains the operation of the rotomold machine, including set up, shut down, temperature adjustments, filling buckets with powder, pulling completed parts, scraping, cleaning, etc.
- Reads and follows the molding process sheets, corrects errors, and reports to supervisor
- Knows the quality standards of the machine and characteristics of each part and how to check to maintain consistency
- Reliable, trainable, attention to detail, and effective communication skills
- Experience in fluid power industry and/or manufacturing environment is preferred
