Help Shape the Future of Engineering at ATC
At ATC, engineering is central to our mission to deliver reliable electric transmission services that power communities and economies. We are seeking curious, motivated, and adaptable engineers to join our Strategic Engineering Experience and Development (SEED) Rotation Program. This program is designed to accelerate early career development through rotational assignments across multiple engineering disciplines, helping participants gain broad exposure to the electric utility industry while building the technical, business, and leadership skills needed for a successful engineering career.
Engineers hired into the SEED program are full-time ATC employees placed directly into a functional engineering unit and participate in a structured, enterprise-wide development program. SEED engineers deepen their technical skills within their home department while also participating in targeted learning opportunities across ATC. Rotations into additional functional engineering teams continue until a transition into a role is made based on the participants skills and desires, as well as the needs of ATC.
As a Rotation Program Engineer, you will contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced engineers and industry professionals, and develop a strong understanding of how engineering functions work together to support ATC''s mission. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys learning, solving complex problems, building relationships, and exploring different engineering paths before selecting a long-term career focus.
