NAES Staffing is building our network of experienced Rotating Equipment Specialists for upcoming contract assignments supporting utility-scale power generation projects across the United States.

We're looking to connect with U.S.-based professionals with expertise in the installation, inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, commissioning, and startup of rotating equipment, including:

Gas Turbines (GE, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Solar, etc.)

Steam Turbines

Generators

Compressors

Pumps

Auxiliary Mechanical Systems

Vibration Analysis, Alignment & Mechanical Diagnostics

Ideal candidates have experience supporting:

New plant construction

Commissioning & startup

Major outages

Plant maintenance

Performance testing and troubleshooting
