    Rosemount Senior Living at the Steeple Center, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Caregiver, HHA/CNA to join our growing team.

    Rosemount Senior Living is located just north of downtown Rosemount and directly connected to the Steeple Center.  Our beautiful 92-unit, apartment-style community provides Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services.     Shifts Available: Full-Time NOCs (11pm-7pm) and Part-Time PMs (3pm-11pm) & NOCs
    HHA Wage: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
    CNA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
    Shift Differential: $1.00 for PMs, $2.00 for NOCs

    In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:   
      
    • CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.   
    • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.    
    • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.   
    • Assist with medication administration.   
    Preferred Qualifications:   
    • Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.   
    • Strong interest in healthcare.   
    • Positive, compassionate attitude.   
    • Strong customer service and communication skills.
