Room Attendant

**Job Summary:**
As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas in the hotel. You will provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is a plus.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.

**Responsibilities:**
- Clean guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Replace linens and refresh amenities.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and public areas.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and towels.
- Report any maintenance issues or room damage to the appropriate department.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests in a professional and friendly manner.

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Stamina to be on your feet and moving for the duration of the shift.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
