What You'll Do Room Care & Standards Clean and service guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring each space is fresh, inviting, and fully stocked for incoming guestsFollow all AATMOS housekeeping departmental standards, policies, and procedures on every shiftMaintain inventory of necessary supplies and communicate needs to the appropriate team membersReport any room issues, damages, or maintenance needs promptly to the appropriate department for immediate resolutionFollow all safety and sanitation policies at all times Guest Experience & Team Support Respond promptly and professionally to guest special requests for miscellaneous itemsAttend morning huddles and stay current on daily priorities, room assignments, and property updatesAssist other departments when needed to ensure seamless service across the propertyMaintain a friendly, professional presence in all guest and team member interactions
