Nestled in the heart of Southwest Florida’s vibrant landscape, Margaritaville Fort Myers Beach, under the proud operation and ownership of TPI Hospitality, offers not just a job but an opportunity for unparalleled personal and professional growth.

We are looking for a housekeeper to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate for this position is a detail-oriented, fast worker who takes pride in providing a sparkling clean room for our guests.

What You’ll Do:

• Load and organize the housekeeping cart with all necessary supplies and amenities.

• Keep the cart clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the shift to ensure efficiency and readiness.

• Clean and service assigned rooms to established standards promptly.

• Tasks include changing linens, preparing beds, cleaning and organizing bathrooms, picking up trash, vacuuming floors, and refreshing guest amenities.

• Anticipate guests' needs and respond to their requests promptly and courteously to ensure a positive guest experience.

• Communicate effectively and efficiently with guests, co-workers, and supervisors to address any concerns or special requests.

• Report any damage or mechanical issues in the resort and guest rooms to maintenance or management for prompt resolution.

• Follow proper safety practices, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe working environment.

• Adhere to established safety protocols and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.

• Follow proper lost and found procedures to document and return any lost items to guests in accordance with company policies.

• Perform any other tasks as assigned by management to support the overall operation and cleanliness of the resort.

What We’re Looking For:  

• Candidates must be permitted to work in the USA with supporting documentation.

• Previous experience is a plus but not necessary.

• Ability to communicate with guests, providing friendly guest services with a smile.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (maximum of 50 lbs.).
