Room Attendant/Laundry

Clean and reset guest rooms following property standards

Make beds, change linens, and replace towels

Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors

Clean bathrooms: toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors

Replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, coffee, paper products)

Empty trash and recycling

Report maintenance issues (lights, HVAC, plumbing, furniture)

Follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Ensure lost & found items are handled according to policy

Sort dirty linens and terry by type

Operate washers, dryers, and folding equipment safely

Load/unload machines and monitor chemical levels

Fold, stack, and organize clean linens

Inspect items for stains, tears, or damage

Treat stains and rewash items as needed

Maintain cleanliness of the laundry room and equipment

Track linen inventory and report shortages

Deliver clean linens to housekeeping closets or carts
