Room Attendant

Position Summary

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms and assigned public areas while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality. This role plays a key part in ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Responsabilities

Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.

Make beds, chage linens, and replenish guest room amenities.

Vacuum, dust clean bathrooms, and sanitize all assigned areas.

Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and safety concerns promptly.

Ensure guest rooms are properly stocked and ready for arrival.

Follow all safety and security prevention procedures.

Provide friendly and professional service to guest when needed.

Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and other hotel departments.

Qualifications

Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred but not required.

Abilty to work independently and efficently.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical task, including bending, standing, pushing and pulling througout the shift.

Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Reliable, punctual, and team oriented.
