Job Summary: You will be responsible for performing quality roof repairs, maintenance and installations of various flat-roofing systems such as: TPO, PVC, EPDM under the direction of your Foreman in a safe and timely manner.

Daily Responsibilities

• Assist with repairs, replacements, and/or maintenance on commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Built-up, etc.)
• Work as part of a crew to inspect leaks, damage, and determine correct repair process
• Load and unload materials onto the roof
• Use fall-restraint equipment and PPE gear at all times
• On-call availability to respond to emergency leaks when needed (staggered schedule)
• Communicate professionally with customers and clients and provide recommendations

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience with commercial roofing installations, roof maintenance, repairs/leaks OR construction and trades job

Ability to work in a physically active environment and lift heavy materials as needed

• Comfortable with heights & working outdoors year-round
• Open to on-call availability
• Has reliable transportation
• Willing to submit background check and drug test
