Responsibilities
Be able to professionally handle the insurance claim process
Prospect and contact potential customers
Climb on and inspect multiple roofs per day
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments in the roofing project
Attend to multiple customers at the same time while keeping track of your files
Work together with co-workers to properly take care of the customer
