The Role You’ll sell across both sides of our business. Commercial accounts and residential homeowners. You’ll inspect roofs, build scopes, and close work across the Phoenix metro. We hand you leads. You bring the hustle. You report directly to the Company President.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect, measure, and scope commercial and residential roofs
- Sell reroofs, repairs, and maintenance programs to both markets
- Build and grow relationships with property managers, HOAs, facility managers, and general contractors
- Work company-provided leads (2,500+ generated this year)
- Find new business through referrals and local outreach
- Present clear proposals and close
- Hand off clean jobs to estimating and production
- Keep your pipeline and notes current in ServiceTitan
What You Bring
- 2+ years of roofing, construction, or home services sales
- Comfortable walking roofs and writing scopes
- Strong communicator who closes without pressure tactics
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Nice to Have
- Commercial roofing sales experience
- Insurance or reroof sales background
- Knowledge of TPO, foam, coatings, tile, and shingle systems
- ServiceTitan or similar CRM experience
