Compensation

• Expected First-Year Earnings: $115,000–$150,000+
• Top Performers Earn: $300,000–$400,000+
• Uncapped Commission
• Transparent 50/50 Profit-Sharing Commission Structure

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofing needs
• Build trust and educate customers on roofing solutions
• Generate and close residential roofing sales
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
• Work closely with our office team to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Participate in training and ride-alongs as you develop your skills
• Represent High Ridge Roofing Solutions with professionalism and integrity
