What You'll Do
- Generate and manage residential roofing sales opportunities (company-provided and self-generated leads)
- Conduct professional roof inspections and document findings thoroughly
- Educate homeowners on roofing systems, insurance processes, and scope of work
- Present solutions, close contracts, and manage customer expectations
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity within CRM systems
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, communication, and responsiveness
What We're Looking For
- Strong sales aptitude with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to build trust quickly and communicate effectively with homeowners
- High level of urgency and follow-through ("speed to action" mentality)
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and pipeline independently
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Experience in roofing or construction sales is preferred, but not required
