Job Description: We are looking for experienced roofing sales representatives to join our growing team in the Cumming, GA area. We need motivated sales professionals who understand the roofing industry, can identify roofing damage, and know how to turn opportunities into closed sales.
Responsibilities:
• Canvass residential neighborhoods to generate roofing sales opportunities.
• Conduct roof inspections and identify storm damage or roofing issues.
• Meet with homeowners to discuss roofing needs and available solutions.
• Present roofing repair and replacement options.
• Manage the sales process from initial inspection to closing.
• Complete contracts and necessary project documentation.
Qualifications:
• Previous residential roofing sales experience required.
• Experience with door-to-door prospecting and lead generation.
• Knowledge of roof inspections and storm damage identification.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting rooftops.
• Must have reliable transportation (car or truck).
