Responsibilities:

• Meet with homeowners and property owners to present roofing solutions and close sales contracts
• Conduct thorough roof inspections and document storm damage, wear, and repair needs
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through referrals, canvassing, and follow-ups
• Educate customers on roofing materials, warranties, and the insurance claims process
• Collaborate with project managers and production teams to ensure seamless project handoffs
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
• Build lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in roofing, construction, or home improvement
• Strong closing skills with the ability to overcome objections and seal the deal
• Experience working with insurance claims and the storm restoration process is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working on a commission-based structure
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to climb roofs and perform basic inspections in various weather conditions
