Don Kennedy Roofing is hiring a Roof Repair Technician to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who understands roofing systems (or similar trades), works well with tools, and can identify issues and fix them the right way—not just patch them.

What You'll Earn

What You'll Do
- Identify roof leaks and structural damage
- Perform roof repairs (cracks, defects, damaged areas) using proper materials
- Complete routine maintenance and roof cleanings
- Remove debris from roofs and surrounding property
- Conduct roof assessments and document findings
- Create reports with notes, photos, and videos
- Communicate clearly with customers, foremen, and supervisors
- Follow all company policies and safety standards
What Your Day Looks Like
- Start your day at our Nashville office with your team
- Travel to residential job sites
- Diagnose issues and complete repairs
- Document your work with photos and notes
- Wrap up jobs and prepare for the next day
Who This Job Is Great For

What We're Looking For

- Valid driver's license preferred
Location & Travel
- This role starts each day at our Nashville office
- You'll travel to job sites throughout the area
- We welcome candidates from surrounding areas (Clarksville, Murfreesboro, Bowling Green, Lebanon, etc.)
- As long as you're comfortable commuting to Nashville each morning, we'd love to hear from you
