We're expanding into Southwest Florida and looking for an experienced roofing repair foreman based in the Naples area to help build our presence there.This is a hands-on role. To start, you'll handle repair jobs on your own, with support from our New York leadership team. As the Florida operation grows, you'll have the chance to hire and lead a helper.What you'll doDiagnose and repair residential and commercial roofs: leaks, storm damage, flashing, shingle and flat/low-slope repairsRun each job from start to finish: inspection, materials, repair, cleanupDocument jobs with photos and notes, and communicate clearly with customers and the officeFollow A1's safety standards on every jobRespond to storm and hurricane damage repairs, including tile, shingle, and metal roofsRepresent A1 professionally to homeowners and property managersWhat we're looking for5+ years of roofing experience, including repair workAble to work independently and solve problems on your ownStrong knowledge of safety practices; OSHA 30 preferredValid driver's license and a clean driving recordAble to lift 60+ lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights in Florida weatherBilingual English/Spanish a plusPre-Employment ScreeningAny job offer depends on passing the following:Background check: We'll run a background check with your written permission, as federal law requires.
