Company: Roofing Angels

Location: Los Angeles, CA (field-based, job site travel required)

Compensation: $65,000 – $120,000 per year (Base Salary + Commission DOE)

About Us

At Roofing Angels, we provide more than roofs; we provide peace of mind. Built on integrity, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service, we proudly serve homeowners across California. Our team is known for reliability, open communication, and a commitment to doing things right the first time.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Roofing Superintendent / Project Manager to lead our field operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has spent real time on roofs, knows how to manage a crew and a customer, and is ready to own site assessments and project execution from start to finish — working alongside our production team to make sure every job is done right, on time, and to Roofing Angels' standard.

The ideal candidate is a true roofing expert — someone who can look at a roof and know exactly what's going on — with the leadership and communication skills to run multiple job sites and represent Roofing Angels professionally with every homeowner.

Key Responsibilities

•      Conduct on-site roof assessments and inspections, and translate findings into accurate scopes of work and estimates

•      Manage active roofing projects from kickoff through completion — scheduling, crew coordination, and material logistics

•      Supervise and support field crews, ensuring work meets quality, safety, and code standards

•      Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on active jobs — set expectations, communicate proactively, and resolve issues before they escalate

•      Perform quality-control walk-throughs and manage the punch list / close-out process on every job

•      Identify, document, and relay change orders to sales or contractors, and ensure approvals are documented

•      Schedule and coordinate final inspections, including confirming ladder setups

•      Enforce jobsite safety practices and OSHA compliance

•      Partner with production and sales teams to keep jobs on schedule and on budget

•      Maintain up-to-date records of project progress in company tracking tools (AccuLynx or similar)

•      Serve as a go-to technical resource on roofing systems, materials, and installation best practices

Qualifications

•      Minimum 5 years of hands-on labor experience in roofing (residential and/or commercial), including direct crew management and customer-facing experience

•      Deep, working knowledge of the roofing trade — materials, installation methods, code requirements, and common failure points

•      Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

•      Proven ability to manage multiple active job sites at once

•      Experience with AccuLynx or similar project management software preferred

•      Strong communication and organizational skills — comfortable with homeowners, adjusters, and crews alike

•      Comfortable on a roof and working at heights in all typical weather conditions

•      Valid driver's license and clean driving record

•      OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain

•      A track record of ownership — treats every job like it's their own

Physical Requirements

•      Ability to climb ladders and work at heights for extended periods

•      Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs

•      Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

•      Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk on uneven and sloped surfaces for extended periods

Compensation & Benefits

•      $65,000 – $120,000 annually, base salary plus commission — final package based on experience

•      Company vehicle and company credit card for fuel and job-related expenses

•      Health insurance contribution after 90 days of employment

•      Paid sick leave (5 days/year) and paid company holidays

•      Opportunities for bonuses, professional growth, and advancement
