Position Overview

Davco Roofing & Sheet Metal is seeking an experienced a seasoned professional construction Project Manager with extensive experience in glazing, building envelope and pre-engineered metal buildings. This person will have intimate knowledge of curtain wall, insulated metal wall panels, aluminum composite material, rainscreen cladding systems, roofing systems, and 3-plate structural systems. Skills required:

Project Management skills from the sub-contractor perspective.

Management of the gross margin preservation and growth.

Auto-Cad and Sketch Up capable

Excellent organization skills

Professional communication skills

Dynamic problem solving abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
