This is an outdoor, field-based sales role involving daily homeowner interaction throughout the Rio Grande Valley.

What You’ll Do

As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility is to generate opportunities for our sales team by speaking with homeowners and setting roofing inspection appointments.

Setters work directly with the Sales Manager and leadership team daily.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Canvass neighborhoods and speak with homeowners
  • Set roofing inspection appointments
  • Educate homeowners on roofing damage and restoration opportunities
  • Track leads and appointments accurately in the CRM
  • Maintain proper CRM tagging and updates
  • Work closely with closers and sales leadership
  • Follow company systems and training
  • Maintain daily activity and KPI goals
  • Generate a minimum of 5–6 qualified appointments weekly

You must be comfortable:

  • Working outdoors
  • Walking neighborhoods daily
  • Talking with homeowners
  • Handling rejection professionally
  • Operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment


Compensation & Earnings

Paid Training

  • $200/week during the initial 2-week training period
  • Training pay requires completion of required assignments, hours, and weekly goals

Performance-Based Pay Structure

  • $100 payout on claims submitted
  • $250 payout for attorney-based deals
  • $500 payout for retail deals or signed claim-based contracts

Additional Incentives

  • Referral bonuses available

Earning Potential

  • $30,000–$65,000+ annually

Training & Development

Your onboarding includes:

  • Appointment strategy and scripting
  • CRM and appointment logging training
  • Objection handling and lead qualification
  • Roofing product education
  • Owens Corning University product training
  • RSA (Roofing Strong Alliance) appointment-setting training
  • Live field training and ride-alongs
  • Customer interaction development

This is real hands-on training designed to help you grow quickly.

No roofing experience is required.

We are willing to train the right person.


Performance Expectations

  • Minimum 32 working hours weekly
  • Minimum 6+ qualified appointments weekly

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation

  • Comfortable working outdoors in South Texas weather
  • Comfortable knocking doors and speaking with homeowners
  • Available evenings and some Saturdays
  • Must maintain company KPI standards
  • Must accurately document and tag appointments in the CRM system
