Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Roller Operator / Production Team Member to join a growing manufacturing team in Tulsa. This position is responsible for operating roller equipment, monitoring product quality, and supporting daily production operations while maintaining high standards for safety and efficiency.
No previous roller operating experience is required. We provide on-the-job training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn. Candidates with previous roller or manufacturing experience may qualify for a higher starting wage.
Required Experience & Skills
Manufacturing or roller operation experience is a plus, but not required
Willingness to learn and successfully complete on-the-job training
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate roller equipment safely and efficiently
Monitor product quality throughout the production process
Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist with general production and manufacturing duties as needed
Report equipment concerns or production issues to supervisors
Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures
Preferred Qualifications
Previous roller operator or machine operator experience
Manufacturing or production background
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience using basic measuring tools and production equipment
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed
Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements during production activities
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE
