Roll Mill Operator- Rossville GA
M-TH 5am - 3:30pm
$18.00
Primary Responsibility:Set up, operate, or tend machines to saw, cut, shear, slit, punch, crimp, notch, bend, or straighten metal material.
- Set up, calibrate, and align roll mills according to production specs
- Operate roll mill machinery with accuracy and consistency
- Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues during production
- Perform routine maintenance using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring instruments
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Maintain quality control through inspections and documentation
- Support fabrication work, including welding, tooling setup, and parts fabrication
- Record setup steps, adjustments, and operational data for traceability
Prior machine operator experience.
Use of calipers, micrometers, tape measure.
Mechanical experience.
