Job Title: Senior Controls and Robotics Engineer
Job Description
This role serves as a key contributor in designing, programming, and commissioning advanced automation systems with a strong focus on robotics integration. You will work on highly technical, multi-disciplinary projects from concept through installation, helping bring complex automated equipment to life. The position combines hands-on engineering, system integration, and customer-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

Work Environment
You will work in a highly technical, project-based engineering environment focused on advanced industrial automation and robotics. The role involves both office-based design and programming work and hands-on activities in lab, shop, and production settings, including commissioning at customer facilities. You will regularly work with PLCs (such as Allen-Bradley and Siemens), robotics platforms (including systems like Fanuc and ABB), motion control components, vision systems, sensors, lasers, analog devices, and test equipment. Collaboration with mechanical, electrical, and project teams is central to daily work, and the pace is dynamic, driven by project milestones and customer requirements. The environment emphasizes adherence to ISO and related quality standards, robust safety practices, and continuous improvement in system performance, reliability, and cost.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $55.29/hr.
