    Job Description:

    • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues involving industrial robotic systems and automated production cells.
    • Perform root-cause analysis of robot, controls, electrical, mechanical, and process-related failures.
    • Support and troubleshoot KUKA, FANUC, and ABB robot systems.
    • Modify, debug, and optimize robot programs to support production changes and improve cell performance.
    • Identify recurring equipment issues and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
    • Perform hands-on diagnostics and adjustments directly on the production floor.
    • Collaborate with Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineering, Controls Engineering, and Production teams to resolve automation issues.
    • Optimize robotic cells for improved productivity, quality, cycle time, and reliability.
    • Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to robotic equipment.
    • Assist with commissioning, integration, and upgrades of robotic and automated systems as required.
    • Maintain appropriate technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and programming records.
    • Develop robotics training materials and conduct hands-on training for junior engineers, technicians, and internal team members.
    • Mentor junior personnel on robot programming, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and best practices.
    • Promote safe operating practices and compliance with applicable robotic and industrial safety requirements.
