Robotics Application Engineer (Senior Level)

Inbolt builds computer vision solutions that give industrial robots the ability to adapt in real time to their environment, right where traditional automation hits its limits. Our systems are already running in production at major industrial companies, and we're scaling fast: every new deployment needs to be faster, more robust, and more autonomous than the last.

We're looking for a Senior Robotics Application Engineer to take ownership of our most demanding deployments in the US: someone who has already seen what "it doesn't work in production" actually means, knows why, and knows how to prevent it next time.

This role is especially suited to robotics integrator profiles used to running complex projects end-to-end, at demanding industrial sites, with multiple stakeholders and real production constraints.

What you'll do

You're the point of contact between Inbolt and its industrial customers in the field, with real decision-making latitude:

• Own deployments end-to-end: from the first scoping call to a stable production rollout, including installation, integration, and validation, you're accountable for the outcome, not just the execution.

• Be the senior client contact: lead strategic meetings, manage expectations, defuse tension when a deployment gets complicated, and build lasting trust with plant teams and decision-makers.

• Design and improve deployment processes: identify what's slowing down an installation or weakening a production rollout, and evolve our methods accordingly.

• Diagnose the hard cases: when an issue resists a first pass of analysis, you're the one people turn to, structuring the investigation, escalating the right information to engineering, and proposing concrete fixes.

• Mentor and share knowledge: help junior engineers grow in the field, and spread integration best practices across the team.

• Travel regularly to customer sites, with full autonomy over managing your own schedule and priorities
