Robotic Cell Technician
Location: Eastlake, OH
Shifts available: 2nd shift (4 p.m.- midnight) and 3rd shift Midnight - 8am
Starting pay: $20-$25/hour

Our growing, family-owned, innovative manufacturing facility is searching for high-energy, proactive, positive team players to join our successful company. The role of a Robotic Cell Technician will work closely with a manual winding tech within a state-of-the-art Roth Robotic work cell.

• Ensure production demands are met.
• Set up all aspects of Kuka/teaching pendant
• Verify sub-assemblies
• Monitoring and selection of programs, based on production needs, i.e., diameter & length variations
• Material handling i.e., Resin, fiberglass, etc.
• Replenish raw materials as needed
• Must interface with maintenance, production engineers, & plant management.
• Able to maintain accurate production records

Skills & Competencies:

• Must be mechanically inclined
• at least 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Capable of lifting at least 60 lbs.
• Computer literate - Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
• Previous experience with Robotics and winding is preferred
• Must be highly motivated, quick to learn, and safety-conscious.
• Able to operate tow-motor

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with ERP Software Systems (experience with Epicor a Plus)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (especially Outlook & Excel)
• MUST have exceptional attendance.
