What You'll Do as the Robotic Welding Operator:- Program, set up, and maintain robotic welding systems to support production
- Develop and proof welding programs for first-article and ongoing production runs
- Optimize welding paths, cycle times, and processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with engineers, operators, and production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements
- Train and support operators by sharing technical knowledge and best practices
- Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on robotic welding equipment
- Monitor weld quality and ensure all products meet engineering specifications and standards
- Communicate technical issues with management and external vendors as needed
What You Need to Bring Robotic Welding Operator:- 3–5 years of robotic welding experience with relevant certification
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Proficiency with robotic welding platforms (e.g., FANUC, ABB, or Yaskawa)
- Experience with programming tools such as RobotMaster or Motoman/Yaskawa systems
- Strong understanding of welding processes, parameters, and quality standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings
- Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass internal weld testing and perform visual inspections of weld quality
