Robotic Welders to join our team. In this role, you will operate and monitor robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality metal components to ensure high-quality, durable results that meet customer specifications. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in craftsmanship while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Compensation & SchedulePay Range: $22.00-$34.00 per hour (Starting rate commensurate with experience) $1,500 Hiring Bonus paid over your first year of employmentFirst Shift
- Monday – Thursday
- 6:00Am-4:30PM

- Load and unload parts, fixtures, and materials into robotic cells
- Perform basic programming adjustments and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards and compliance with blueprints
- Complete required documentation, including production counts and quality checks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Qualifications- 5+ years of production robotic welding experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a 3G Vertical Up weld test using .035 solid wire with pulse welding.
- Basic understanding of blueprints and welding specifications.
- Experience with MIG and pulse welding processes.
- Ability to set up and adjust welding equipment.
- Experience using inspection and measuring tools.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
