Robot Welder
Days shift-Monday-Friday, 6AM-4:30pm
Night Shift-Sunday-Wednesday, 8PM-6AM
We’re hiring Robot Welders for a fast-paced welding and fabrication facility. Responsibilities include operating and monitoring robotic welding equipment, loading/unloading parts, inspecting welds for quality, and ensuring production standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate manufacturing equipment such as presses, saws, or welding-related machinery
- Load and unload materials and monitor machine performance
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality and customer specifications
- Perform basic adjustments and minor troubleshooting on equipment
- Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and production schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or robotic welding experience preferred
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to stand, lift, and work in an industrial environment
