Roadway Design Engineering Assistant The Roadway Design Engineering Assistant is an entry-level position focused on building foundational roadway and multimodal design skills. This role supports project teams through production, analysis, and coordination tasks while learning applicable standards, tools, and best practices. Individuals at this level work under close supervision and receive structured guidance, mentoring, and feedback to support professional growth. We are looking for candidates who enjoy learning, innovation, and collaboration. The ideal candidate will be proactive with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
