Position Summary The ROC Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and supporting daily transportation operations in real time. This role serves as the communication hub between drivers, dispatch, and maintenance to ensure efficient and safe fleet performance. What We Offer - $20–$25/hr, weekly pay

What We’re Looking For - High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch, or fleet operations preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (dispatch or fleet software is a plus)
What You’ll Do - Monitor fleet activity using GPS and tracking systems
- Respond to delays, breakdowns, and service disruptions
- Communicate with drivers to provide updates and support
- Coordinate roadside assistance and maintenance as needed
- Adjust routes and schedules to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety and DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation
- Partner with dispatch and operations teams to improve efficiency
