Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, staging, and shipping products. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently, and a willingness to assist in multiple areas of the warehouse as needed.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory
• Stage products in designated warehouse locations
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems as needed
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment
• Verify product quantities and inspect materials for damage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Cross-train in other warehouse departments as needed

Job Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to stand and work for the entire shift
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
