What You’ll Do

As an RNAC, you’ll be a key driver of quality care and compliance. Your impact will include:

  • Take part in MDS & Care Planning Process
    Ensure accurate, timely completion and compliance with federal, state, and facility standards.

  • Collaborating Across Teams
    Act as the liaison between nursing and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care coordination.

  • Driving Clinical Excellence
    Evaluate Residents for significant changes, initiate assessments, and support Medicare eligibility determinations.

  • Educating & Empowering Staff
    Provide ongoing education and guidance on MDS processes and care planning best practices.

  • Ensuring Compliance & Accuracy
    Maintain documentation integrity, coordinate submissions, and track Resident status updates with regulatory agencies.

  • Supporting Quality Improvement
    Participate in Quality Assurance initiatives, committee work, and ongoing care improvement efforts.

  • Stepping in When It Matters Most
    Provide hands-on nursing support when needed to ensure Residents receive the highest level of care.


What You Bring

Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license
Knowledge of OBRA and Department of Health regulations
RNAC experience or MDS/Resident Assessment Certification (preferred)
Strong attention to detail, collaboration, and communication skills


Schedule & Work Environment

  • PRN / As-needed flexibility
  • Daytime hours
  • 100% on-site (non-remote)
