The Renley at Woodholme Gardens, a premier 80 bed Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Pikesville, MD, is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Wellness Director to oversee resident care services, support clinical excellence, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Maryland Delegating Nurse certification is preferred; however, we are willing to sponsor and pay for the Delegating Nurse certification course for the right candidate. What You'll Do
As the RN Wellness Director, you will lead all clinical and resident care services for our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents by:
- Serving as the community's Maryland Delegating Nurse or obtaining certification through company-sponsored training
- Overseeing resident assessments, service plans, and care coordination
- Supervising and developing caregivers and medication technicians
- Ensuring compliance with Maryland assisted living regulations and community standards
- Partnering with physicians, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers
- Monitoring quality outcomes and implementing continuous improvements
- Supporting resident admissions, transitions, and family communications
- Managing clinical operations, infection prevention, and risk management initiatives
- Promoting a culture of compassion, accountability, and resident-centered care
Qualifications
Required
- Current Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong assessment, care planning, and team leadership skills
- Ability to obtain Maryland Delegating Nurse certification within an agreed-upon timeframe if not currently certified
Preferred
- Maryland Delegating Nurse certification
- Assisted Living or Memory Care leadership experience
- Experience supervising medication technicians and direct care staff
- Knowledge of Maryland Assisted Living regulations
