Position Details
- Shift: Any
- Schedule Options:
- Full‑Time: 4-5 days per week
- Part‑Time: 2–3 days per week
- Rotating weekends and holidays
- Setting: Skilled nursing / long‑term care
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and standards of practice
- Assess residents’ health status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families
- Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care staff as needed
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment
What We’re Looking For
- Current Ohio RN license in good standing
- Strong clinical skills with a caring, resident‑centered approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing preferred, but not required
