Hourly Rate: $54.00 per hour (Regular), $81.00 per hour (Overtime)

Weekly Hours: 40 Hours

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess resident conditions, documenting changes and collaborating with the healthcare team.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and complete resident records.

Qualifications:

• Active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications as required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Compassion and dedication to providing resident-centered care.
